We partner with  DHL for all of our deliveries, and all orders are handed over to last-mile carriers. 



For the rest of the countries, DHL express and standard shipping is 
used and DHL will hand over your order to another logistics company in the 
destination country for last-mile delivery. 

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Germany. Under normal circumstances, orders will be packed and released to carriers within two business days.
